Assignment for Week 2 Monday
What is Major Writing 1?
I would relate this writing to an analytical report tied in with a research report on how the writing processes are utilized in a specific field of study. I think it has a big relation to analytical reports because we are analyzing different academic writing to understand how people write in our chosen field, and I think this relates to research papers I've done because this paper will have us researching the different kinds of writing practices, and how they were used. Analyzing means looking into something with intent and since these are going to be papers that freshmen are going to see I want them to know the truth about writing in a specific field.
Three Questions/Confusions about the assignment:
I am confused on what sorts of questions we should ask someone who is a professional in the field? Other than that I feel confident I know what this assignment wants me to do.
